"The Road to Mandalay" is an Oriental drama starring Lon Chaney, Lois Moran, Owen Moore, Henry B. Walthall, Sôjin Kamiyama, Rose Langdon, John George and others. The film was created by the renowned director Tod Browning. A gang leader who intends to reform picks up the wrong moment to try reuniting with his estranged daughter by interfering in her marriage. "The Road to Mandalay" has a grainy image, but the film is perfectly watchable. The facial expressions can be seen clearly. The surviving print is missing some scenes, but this does not affect the overall continuity from beginning until end. The film has done better than 70% that are lost forever. The film print has French title cards and English subtitles. The movie is accompanied by quality music that greatly enhances the viewing experience.
